Fonctionnement

Cold air is heated by electric heaters and ducted into the dryer plenum; it passes upward through a perforated 904L stainless distribution plate. Wet feed enters continuously and is fluidized by the combination of vibration (vibration motor, 16.67 Hz) and hot-air flow, giving intensive contact for heat and mass transfer. Dried product discharges from the outlet; off-gas is cleaned by cyclone + pulse-jet bag filter, then vented by the main induced-draft fan.
