Fonctionnement
Cartons enter linearly via belt feed. PLC + servo system drives main transmission; a separate servo feeds and trims BOPP film (free size adjustment). The mold turntable wraps film around the carton. Both point-seal and flat-seal modes available; 500 mm flat-seal plate (2× longer than traditional). Six-face heat-seal with anti-stick safety. Hand-wheel top-film mechanism allows rapid film reel changes. Live online left/right film trim available during production. Track width adjusted via lead-screw + linear-rail guide for accuracy. Optional six-face manipulator rejection removes defective packs.
