Fonctionnement
Single cartoned item enters the machine on a conveyor. BOPP cellophane film pre-loaded with gold tear tape is fed via a four-station up-blow + down-suction film guidance system. A mold turntable wraps the film around the carton; dual-arm crank-lift dual-rotating cutters trim the film without requiring sharpening. Side and top heat-seal bars seal the over-wrap. A dual-safety mechanism allows minor synchronization deviations without machine shutdown. A one-way reversible safety hand wheel enables safe manual adjustment. Finished packs are discharged on the output conveyor.
