Fonctionnement
PVC roll feeds through positive-pressure heater into the forming roller cavity to form blister pockets. Tablets/capsules drop in via vibration feeder. The aluminum foil (PTP) reel meets the formed blister at the heat-seal roller pair, where line-contact rolling under constant temperature seals foil to PVC quickly with minimal contact area. Servo tractor steps blister strap forward, batch number embosser prints lot codes, stamping cuts blisters with offset (saving ~440k RMB/yr in waste edges), and the rotary tip + intelligent manipulator queues blisters into two conveyor lanes for cartoner pickup.
