Fonctionnement
Granule (14–60 mesh, fluid and plastic) is fed by a single-layer force-feeding system into the 40-station rotary turret. Lower punches lift granule into the dies; upper and lower punches pass under sequential pre-compression and main-compression rollers (HAWE hydraulic support with auto-pressure keeping and overload protection) to form tablets. A separated SS cover plate and labyrinth seal isolate the lower turret. Formed tablets are ejected, deflected through a three-channel output box and routed through optional deduster and dust collector. PLC-monitored sensors provide automatic tablet weight control, single-tablet rejection of out-of-tolerance pieces, and continuous statistical process control with low-powder, over/under-fill and pressure-overload alarms.
