Fonctionnement

Granular material is forced into the die cavities of a rotating turret with 26 stations. Pre-compression rollers apply up to 20 kN to expel air, then main compression rollers apply up to 100 kN to form tablets. Cams lift punches to eject tablets onto a discharge chute. Dust extraction and lubrication run continuously.
