Fonctionnement
Material on a rotating tray inside a vacuum chamber is exposed to a rapidly changing high-frequency electromagnetic field (2450 MHz). Polar molecules reorient with the field, causing molecular friction that converts microwave energy into heat. Vacuum lowers the boiling point so moisture evaporates at low temperature, drying heat-sensitive materials quickly without thermal damage.
