SED-365HPLC-A High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) instrument — third generation, on the market since 2003 with 8,000+ domestic and international users. Comprises a high-pressure constant-flow pump (reciprocating dual-plunger parallel, 0.001–9.999 mL/min, max 42 MPa), UV detector (deuterium lamp, 190–680 nm, patented conical flow cell), Rheodyne 7725i manual injection valve (20 µL loop), 1000 µL high-efficiency mixer, column oven (room temp +5 °C to 80 °C, ±0.1 °C), and an intelligent reverse-control workstation. Pump features solvent compensation factor (industry-first), plunger auto-retract, and patented one-way valve (reverse pressure ≥46 MPa). Conical-cell UV detector achieves 23.8% higher SNR than conventional straight-cell designs. Direct digital signal output eliminates multi-stage A/D distortion. Power: AC 110V/220V, 50/60 Hz.
