Comprises three sub-machines: (1) Liquid filling, valve inserting & crimping machine -- three independent liquid filling heads (10-250 ml/head, total 10-750 ml), automatic valve placing head (auto-stop on no-valve), valve-position correction head, and 1-inch crimping head. (2) Automatic valve sorting & sealing machine -- rotary pneumatic sorter for tin-plate or aluminum valves, explosion-proof motor, dip tube length 0-220 mm. (3) Actuator pressing machine -- vibratory bowl sorter auto-feeds actuators to pressing head at 60-70 cans/min. Entire line conveyor uses explosion-proof motors and SS chain plates.
