Fonctionnement

Capsules are vibration-fed and queued, then slide by gravity into 36 weighing channels (no mechanical actuation during weighing — capsule slides in and out of weighing platform under its own weight). Strain-gauge load cells dynamically weigh each capsule; out-of-spec items are rejected by SMC pneumatic cylinders into a non-conforming bin. No rotating parts, no lubrication, no contamination.
