Fonctionnement

Ampoules fed from the packaging line are carried past an ink printing head that stamps product name, specification, batch code, and trademark on the glass surface. The mechanism is driven by a DC motor (Shanghai Micro-Motor 2-400) and controlled through an electronic speed governor (Delixi TDGL2-TKV). A gearbox (Jie 30:1/40:1) and AC motor (Shanghai Lichao 0.37 kW / 220V) provide the main drive. Bearings (HRB Harbin) support the rotating elements. Double-colour variant adds a second print head.
