Fonctionnement

Operator places the loaded blister tray on the manual sliding work table, pushes it under the heat-seal head, and the pneumatic cylinder lowers the heated platen onto the tray rim with up to 800N. PID-controlled heating (ambient–280°C) bonds the dialysis paper / aluminum-foil cover to the tray for the set seal time. Worktable slides back, the operator removes the sealed pack. Auto-counter increments after each cycle.
