SED-35LFK-B vertical continuous heat sealer — heavy-duty automatic sealer for inline use. Operator flattens the bag mouth and feeds it into gripping conveyor belts; bags travel right-to-left and are sealed automatically
Fonctionnement
After loading, the bag mouth is gripped between two parallel conveyor belts that pass through twin resistance-heated heating modules (constant-temperature, ambient–400°C, switch-mode controlled). The bag is conveyed right-to-left; the heat seals the mouth continuously while in motion. Immediately after the heated zone, water-circulation cooling solidifies the seal quickly, producing a flat, strong 8 mm bead. PTFE (Teflon) sealing belts protect the bag surface from sticking to the heater plates.
