Fonctionnement
Operator places an empty bag at each of four scale heads. An electromagnetic vibratory feeder feeds product into each weighing bucket; bucket weight is monitored by a precision load cell. When the target weight is reached, a photoelectric sensor triggers the discharge gate to release the batch into the bag. The operator manually sleeves the next bag while filling proceeds simultaneously on the other scales, giving 13–35 fills/min throughput.
