Fonctionnement
A servo-driven screw powder feeder doses 100-5000g per bag from a 50L hopper. Pre-made bags are auto-picked from a magazine, opened by suction/clamps, the dosed product is filled, and the bag is heat-sealed. PLC + touchscreen orchestrates the cycle with bag-presence and product-presence interlocks. A slat conveyor moves sealed bags downstream.
