SED-35EYQW-A is a fully automatic aerosol filling line purpose-built for filling high-purity gases (e.g. healthcare/medical-grade oxygen, purity ≥94–99.6%) into aerosol cans with 1-inch valves. The standard line consists
Fonctionnement
Cans are conveyed by an explosion-proof motor from the can-pusher into the 2-head filler. Each head performs: (1) valve lifting, (2) gas displacement (adjustable number of purge cycles to minimize purity loss ≤0.1%), (3) constant-pressure gas filling (±1% accuracy; product purity ≥94–99.6%), and (4) crimping. Built-in internal pressure detection eliminates the need for a separate pressure tester downstream. The PLC + touchscreen controls the crimp/fill section; the rest of the line uses pneumatic controls (SMC, Xinje). Optional valve placer: vibratory bowl sorts and orients valves into a slide; 6-head rotary picker places valves into empty cans. Optional actuator placer: vibratory bowl feeds actuators to preset position; pneumatic press seats the actuator onto the valve stem.
