Fonctionnement
Bottles are fed one by one via the star-wheel; the bottle-presence sensor ensures no-bottle-no-fill. At the liquid fill station, a 316L SS + PTFE metering pump precisely fills (±0.2 mL). The vibration disc automatically feeds and places the aerosol valve (eliminating manual insertion); a crimping sealer (clincher) securely crimps the valve. Finally, the small-dose gas filler injects propellant (N₂ / R134a / LPG / compressed air) at 0.6–1.0 MPa. Finished bottles exit via a slide chute directly into packing baskets.
