Fonctionnement

Products enter the packaging material before the film is formed; the film is then shaped by a forming collar to wrap and carry the products forward. The film-feed servo motor and supply wheel move synchronously with the product; the middle-sealing wheel (electromagnet-pressed) completes the long-edge heat seal. At the end, the reciprocating cross-sealing blade (servo-driven vertical reciprocation) cuts and heat-seals the end faces; the corner-tucking device shapes the bag corners. Photoelectric color-mark sensing ensures precise registration. Three independent PID temperature-control channels respectively regulate middle-seal, cross-seal, and auxiliary heating temperatures.
