Bottom-feed (under-film) pillow-pack process (back seal): the roll film is fed from below through a forming collar to wrap into a tube; a chain card pusher feeds products at equal spacing into the wrapping station; a stepper motor drives the cross-sealing knife for end-face heat sealing and cutting; the middle-sealing wheel completes the long-edge back seal; color-mark recognition ensures accurate seal-and-cut positioning; a bag-connection device can link multiple packs into a connected multi-pack.
