Fonctionnement
Down-paper pillow process: film roll feeds from below through a bag former (adjustable or custom) and is folded into a tube; product enters via feed chain; servo-driven vertical-seal belt heat-seals the back seam while conveying (independent PID temperature control); horizontal-seal station uses a rotary heated cutter that simultaneously seals and cuts; output is by discharge brush or sponge exhaust. The three servos (film feed + vertical seal + horizontal seal) operate independently to ensure zero idle stroke and precise color-mark alignment.
