Fonctionnement
PVC hard sheet is heated by a plate-type heating box to ~100 °C and positive-pressure formed into blister cavities. Product (tablet/capsule) is filled by the universal feeder (fill rate ≥99.5%). PTP aluminium foil (or dialysis paper) with adhesive coating is heat-sealed against the PVC and embossed with batch number and tear lines. PLC-controlled roller-and-pneumatic-clamp traction device (stroke 10–500 mm adjustable) indexes the web to the blanking station. Photoelectric register function ensures accurate alignment of foil to blister. Machine base and machine body are connected via split-body coupling for easy elevator access.
