Fonctionnement

Vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) machine with servo motor-controlled film drawing and auto-rectification. Material is conveyed by the SED-Z-H bucket elevator + vibration feeder to the SED-14DTC-H 14-head weigher, then dropped into the main unit's bag-forming zone. Operations completed in one pass: bag forming (pillow / standing / Euro-slot), sealing (transverse + longitudinal seal cylinders), cutting, date printing, nitrogen flushing (or exhausting), counting, and finished product conveyance.
