Fonctionnement
Tablet cores travel in complex trajectories within the clean, enclosed rotating drum (driven clockwise by explosion-proof motor through cycloid reducer). Hot air supply (centrifugal fan + steam or electric heat exchanger, 3-stage filtration to Class 100,000) passes through tablet bed and exits via bottom screen. Coating liquid is drawn from insulated stirring tank (TB-130, 120L, 4kW electric heat) by peristaltic pump (BT600, 1–600 rpm) and atomized via 4× Schlick German spray guns. Negative pressure maintained inside drum (>10 Pa). Pulse cylindrical filter dust collector with 99% dust removal efficiency. Backflow prevention valves on inlet and exhaust.
