Fonctionnement

Air-source heat pump direct-heating dryer. Compressor compresses refrigerant to extract heat from ambient air; heat exchanger transfers heat to circulation air which is blown into the drying room via down-flow mode. Internal fan flow rate 20,000–34,000 m³/h. Dual circulation fans (3 kW each, 6# axial flow) circulate air through perforated mesh trays carrying material. Microcomputer controller with 10 countdown stages for varying temperature/humidity setpoints; can start/stop on temperature or humidity; supports single or dual compressor operation.
