Fonctionnement
The hot mixer uses high-speed blades (max speed 860 rpm) to mix plastic powder via frictional heat generation (supplemented by thermal oil/electric heating). After mixing, material drops into the cold mixer, where low-speed blades (max 80 rpm) and jacketed cooling water bring the temperature down. Belt-driven main shaft (40CrHRC28-32 heat-treated and dynamically balanced); Wafangdian bearings; four-stage skeleton-type seal with Taiwan TTO oil seals. Thermocouple temperature measurement on both vessels.
