Fonctionnement

An empty composite or plastic tube is manually loaded into a tube clamp on the 8-station rotary turret. A Geneva mechanism indexes the turret. At successive stations: photo-eye registration aligns the tube graphics, the filling station meters product into the tube, internal heater (350 W × 2) softens the tail from inside while external heaters (250 W × 2) soften the outer surface, the tail is sealed, embossed with batch code, edge-trimmed flat, and the finished tube is ejected. Drive motor 1.1 kW. The machine runs smoothly with no noise or pollution.
