Fonctionnement

Material is fed from a roll/coil through a pin-feed and adjustable roller feed driven by an 86×96 stepper motor — the rollers auto-adjust pressure and rise/fall on both sides to grip material without scratching. A microcomputer NC sets target length (0.1-9999.9 mm), quantity (1-999,999) and speed (0-80 step). At each set length, an SKD-11 high-speed-steel blade driven by a 120 W AC gear motor cuts the material. Cutter delay, cut interval, batch pause and length compensation are programmable. An emergency-stop button is provided.
