Fonctionnement
PVC/PET roll material is preheated and thermoformed into blisters. The blister is transferred to a transit station. Dual left/right multi-channel feeders supply 6 colors of lipstick from 3 hoppers per side via pick-and-place robots into the blister cavities. A paper card is auto-loaded, the assembly is transferred by robotic arm, heat-sealed, and the cards are die-cut from the blister web. A pick-and-place arm transfers finished cards onto the output conveyor; waste film is auto-rewound. PLC + touchscreen controls the full cycle.
