Fonctionnement

Six 5.5 kW scroll-type compressor heads are belt-driven and started sequentially to deliver 3.6 m³/min at 0.8 MPa. Scroll compression is inherently oil-free, achieving Class 0 outlet purity. Air is cooled by an air-cooled radiator with cooling fan. A controller manages start sequence, pressure setpoint, and fault diagnostics. Compressed air passes to a 1.0 m³ vertical receiver tank, then a refrigerated dryer with precision filters before use.
