Fonctionnement

Composite-film pre-made pouches are picked from the bag magazine and clamped on a rotary indexing platform. Bottles are arranged on the rotary turntable, conveyed (with bottle-flip), elevated by a climbing belt and pushed by a pneumatic cylinder into the open pouch. After filling, the pouch is vacuum-extracted and heat-sealed, then discharged onto the 1.5 m exit conveyor. A reserved manual-feed station allows manual loading of product if needed.

Processus de fonctionnement

1Composite-film pre-made pouches are picked from the bag magazine and clamped on a rotary indexing platform.

2Bottles are arranged on the rotary turntable, conveyed (with bottle-flip), elevated by a climbing belt and pushed by a pneumatic cylinder into the open pouch.

3After filling, the pouch is vacuum-extracted and heat-sealed, then discharged onto the 1.5 m exit conveyor.

4A reserved manual-feed station allows manual loading of product if needed.
