Fonctionnement
Pre-made pouches are loaded onto an infeed roller (500–1000 bags), flipped out and gripped. Vacuum suction cups apply adhesive on both sides of the bag mouth and a cam swing rod opens the bag while the grippers squeeze toward the centre. Photo-electric inspection rejects bags that fail to open. The bag is flattened, filled by an auger filler (optional), sealed at a heat-seal station, then cool-sealed to stabilise the seam. A laser/inkjet coder prints one code per bag. Cam-driven indexing platform drives all stations in synchrony for low noise and long service life.
