Fonctionnement
PVC/PET hard film unwinds from a roll into a heating station, where it is softened and thermoformed into blisters by positive and negative pressure on a rotary platform. After forming, blisters are die-cut, suction-transferred to the sealing module; paper cards are auto-fed and heat-sealed to the blisters. Photoelectric sensors trigger a buzzer alarm when film or cards run low. The split-body design facilitates transportation and elevator access.
Processus de fonctionnement
