Fonctionnement
PVC/PET roll material is fed by a servo-driven film clamp into a heating station, then thermoformed into blister cavities on a cyclic die-chain platform (20–24 dies). Robotic arms transfer the blisters with adjustable pitch; products are loaded (manually or automatically). The paper card is auto-fed, auto-flipped and Z-folded; the sealed pack is heat-sealed and auto-discharged. Waste film is automatically rewound.
Processus de fonctionnement
