Fonctionnement
15 sets of D-type punches mounted on a QT500-7 ductile iron turret circulate through fill, pre-compression, main compression and ejection stations. A chrome-plated tin bronze (ZQSn6-6-3) feeder dispenses granules into the die cavity; the pre-compression roller (up to 20 kN) firms the powder bed; the main compression roller (up to 80 kN) forms the finished tablet; the lower punch ejects and a scraper diverts the tablet to discharge. Hardened cam tracks (HRC58-62) and bearing-steel pressure rollers (HRC60-62) ensure long life under high force.
