Fonctionnement
15 sets of upper and lower punches mounted on a rotating turret circulate through fill, single-stage compression and ejection stations. Granules from the feeder gravity-fill into the die cavity at the fill station; the upper punch descends and lower punch rises at the compression station to press the tablet to the specified thickness; at the ejection station the lower punch rises to push the finished tablet onto the discharge chute. The oil-immersed drive mechanism is sealed at the base to prevent cross-contamination. An overload protection device automatically stops the machine when pressure is exceeded.

Pre-production cleaning: clean all product-contact surfaces (die cavity, punches, turret, discharge chute) before each production run. Post-shift cleaning: clean the machine after each production shift to prevent cross-contamination. The transparent glass cover can be fully removed to facilitate internal cleaning. All transmission devices are installed inside the sealed machine body.
