Fonctionnement
Lower web of forming film is heated and thermoformed into pockets at the cavity station; product is loaded manually or by automation; top web (with printed colour film supported via eye-mark registration) is laid over the loaded pockets; the cavity is evacuated to ≤200 Pa by the XD-100 vacuum pump then heat-sealed under multi-cartridge embedded heater plates; cross-cutter (single-blade, PLC-controlled) and longitudinal cutter separate individual packs; waste film edges are automatically collected by the imported edge-waste recovery system. Servo drive ensures high-speed high-precision film indexing.
