PE film web (320 mm wide, ~78 µm, 18 kg roll) is pulled by servo motor with eye-mark registration into the FFU-enclosed Class 100 clean zone; UV film sterilization (no-light-decay type) eliminates microbes before filling; a high-level gravity-fed balance tank (≥50 L, 3 mm wall, 4 kg pressure rating) supplies metered liquid via pneumatic butterfly valves to dual filling channels (±2 mL accuracy); three-side or back heat-sealing forms each pouch and a pneumatic cutter separates finished sachets. CIP can run a closed-loop wash through the same liquid path with no dead corners. PLC + HMI allow touchscreen adjustment of bag length to minimise waste.
