Fonctionnement

Cartons are sucked from the magazine, opened and shaped on the carton chain. Two servo-driven blister feeders deliver blisters to a pushing rod which inserts them with the optional leaflet (folded by GUK-style or original GUK folder) into the carton. Inkjet (optional) prints batch number. Carton closure either tuck-in or hot-melt glue. Continuous-motion design with photoelectric checks: missing blister or leaflet stops feeding; mis-positioned blister auto-stops the machine; defective finished cartons are rejected at the end of the chain.
