Two foil webs are unwound and pulled through a hot-press cam roller pair (changeable diameter 90–130 mm) where they are heat-sealed around products fed by a ratchet or cam-driven feeder; thermocouple-monitored heating (PLC controlled) prevents temperature drop and ensures 100% seal quality; vertical and horizontal perforation rollers create tear lines; batch number station prints the lot code; cutting station severs strips; defect detection sorts rejects; finished strips counted and output. All five main motions are independent servo drives with PLC synchronization.
