Fonctionnement
PVC roll is unwound, heated by Teflon-coated 4.5 kW heater plates (temperature uniform within 2 °C) and formed via an eccentric-shaft + toggle-plate former into 240×320 mm pockets up to 12 mm deep. Tablets/capsules are fed by a vibrating feeder and pick-and-place manipulator into pockets, then sealed against a PTP aluminium foil web at the roller-plate sealing station. The high-speed compressing and punching section (up to 240 strokes/min for AL-PVC) uses hard-alloy punching dies (HRC 58–62) to cut blisters, which are conveyed out on a 3 m belt.
