Fonctionnement
Intermittent-motion, hole-plate filling machine. Capsules feed vertically through two hoppers into capsule-feeding plates; horizontal and vertical forks orient each capsule before it enters the die hole. Vacuum at the second station separates cap from body. The filling zone and rotation area are fully enclosed. The lower module descends at the third station while the body is filled over five tamping stations (fourth station). The sixth station rejects and vacuums away unseparated or defective capsules. The eighth station locks the filled capsule; the ninth station ejects finished capsules; the tenth station air-blast cleans the die holes for the next cycle.
