Fonctionnement

Empty capsules are oriented and separated by vacuum into upper-mold cap and lower-mold body. The body is filled via intermittent-dial, hole-plate tamping with metered powder or granules. After five compression stages the body and cap are rejoined at the locking station and ejected. Die holes are air-blast cleaned before each new cycle. The filling and rotation area is fully enclosed.
