Fonctionnement

Screw infeed separates and pitches bottles into the star wheel; bottles transfer to the rinser where they are inverted and rinsed (rinse water returns via return valve to reduce waste); fill section uses micro-negative-pressure hot-fill (~85 C) for shelf-stable juice/beverage without a full aseptic line; cap-press head torques pre-fed caps onto the bottle while PLC monitors cap presence and triggers auto-stop if a cap is missing.
