Fonctionnement
An air conveyor delivers bottles into the star wheel of the rinser; stainless-steel neck-grip clamps invert bottles 180°; two-stage rinse (rinse water then purified water) inside and outside; gravity filling: bottle mouth lifts via cam to push open the fill valve, fill stops when product covers the vent hole; star wheel transfers to capper; anti-spin blade holds the bottle, magnetic capping heads orbit + rotate to pick / place / torque / release caps; finished bottles exit on a chain conveyor.
