Horizontal cylinder houses two agitators: a low-speed mixing paddle (0–300 rpm, 4 kW) blends powder with binder into a wet mass, while a high-speed cross-shaped chopper (0–2900 rpm, 1.5 kW) cuts the wet mass into round granules. The same sealed vessel performs dry mix, wet mix, and granulation in sequence. Inflatable shaft seal isolates contents during operation; water replaces air during washing. Compressed air consumption: 0.3 m³/min at 0.4–0.6 MPa.
