Fonctionnement

The loading drum is mounted on a rotating crank-link assembly driven by a variable-frequency brake motor on the main spindle. The drum simultaneously executes parallel translation and rock-and-roll motion, forcing the material to circulate in three orthogonal directions (circumferential, radial, axial). This three-axis composite motion delivers high-uniformity blending without centrifugal segregation.

Nettoyage et entretien

Pre-production: (1) Wipe outer surface with clean wet towel — clean and dust-free. (2) Open machine and wipe interior with wet towel — remove dust and dirt. (3) Wipe material drum with clean towel, then again with 75% industrial alcohol — dirt removal and sterilization. Post-shift: (1) Wipe inside and outside with clean wet towel. (2) Wipe drum with clean towel, then 75% industrial alcohol — clean, dust-free and sterilized. Long-term storage: remove and clean drum, apply rust-preventive oil to metal parts, cover machine with cloth canopy.
