Fonctionnement
Manually operated bench press: raw material is loaded into a casting mold placed between two heated parallel platens. Imported electric heating tubes (segmented control) raise the platens and material to a set temperature (ambient to 300°C); operator applies clamping force up to 30 ton, holding for the timer-controlled cure period. LED keypad temperature controller and digital cure timer with alarm signal manage the process. Pressure gauge (0–350 kg/cm²) allows monitoring of applied force.
