Fonctionnement
Vacuum-sealed jacketed mixing kettle with triple-shell construction. Top-mounted homogenizer creates fine emulsion via high-shear (2800 rpm); counter-rotating frame agitator with PTFE scrapers prevents wall buildup and aids heat transfer. Vacuum (−0.09 MPa) deaerates the batch and pulls in liquid feed through the lid inlet. Steam or electric jacket heating drives temperature to 199°C max. Two safety interlocks: lid cannot rise under vacuum; agitator cannot run while lid is moving. Discharge via tilting or bottom valve.
