Fonctionnement

Sealed forced-circulation chamber with steam-heated SUS304 radiator (Nanjing Changjiang). Low-noise explosion-proof axial fan (0.55 kW, Changjiang Fan) drives 3450 m³/h × 6 of hot air through perforated convective walls on both sides for planar laminar flow; secondary mirror-finish duct plate at top distributes air evenly. A 0.37 kW explosion-proof exhaust fan (Zhejiang Jiabao, 370 m³/h) removes moisture-laden air through HEPA filters (Guoyi), replenished at the inlet through HEPA filter with leak-detection port. Temperature uniformity ±1°C empty-load. PT-100 sensor (Shanghai Yinmu) + Siemens PLC closed-loop control with audible/visual alarm and forced interlock (heating only enabled after fan starts).
