Fonctionnement
A single motor drives a worm-gear reducer with VFD speed control. A Geneva-and-gear mechanism indexes the eight fixtures equiangularly. After manual tube loading, all subsequent stations execute simultaneously per index step: cylinder-driven dosing piston fills product (calibrated by lead-screw to ±1%); insertion-type nozzle (raised/lowered by cylinder) prevents drips. Folding manipulators (selectable two-side, three-side or saddle) close the metal tube tail. The reciprocating scissor stamps batch/date code on the folded tail. Air-blow at the trim station removes scrap and the finished tube is ejected. Each index produces one finished product, up to 30 ppm.
